Enjoy watching the dolphins swim by, fantastic views of the Channel Islands, and spectacular sunsets from the upstairs deck. Just steps from the beach (third house from the sand), you can enjoy surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, or just lying in the sun at uncrowded Pierpont Beach.

Ventura is just 30 minutes from Santa Barbara and 20 minutes from Ojai. Downtown L.A. and Hollywood is just over an hour away if you want to make a day trip.

Ventura is becoming known as the New Art City of Southern California, with it's galleries, music festivals, and live theater. Main Street with it's excellent restaurants and great shopping is only five minutes away. The Ventura Marina is also five minutes away and offers boat trips to the Channel Islands and whale watching.
