There is a private bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The living room features two sofas, a chair, decorative fireplace and convenient bar area. There is a door to a deck that has a propane grill, lounge chair and a table for four. This deck is above the pool. The dining room has seating for 8 plus two addional chairs. The den, located off the kitchen, has a TV, DVD, sectional sofa, two chairs and a breakfast table for 4. A slider goes out to another balcony with two lounge chairs, four regular chairs and two tables. There is a slight ocean view. The bright kitchen has an island with a flat stove, GE appliances, and is fully equipped. The lovely deck area is perfect for family get togethers. There is a table, umbrella and four chairs plus another table and two chairs. There are four lounge chairs for sunning and the jacuzzi spills into pool.
