Off the kitchen and breakfast area is the dining room which has seating for eight.

The first bedroom has two twin beds, stereo, and private bath with tub/shower combination (can also be used as a hall bath). The second bedroom (master bedroom) has a king-swing bed, two chairs, TV and private bath with glass shower and separate jacuzzi tub. Fifteen steps lead to the second floor balcony that overlooks the living room. The third bedroom has two double beds, chair and private bath with tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom has a king-swing bed, chair, TV and private bath with tub/shower combination. The large back deck overlooks the pool and lagoon and has a table for five and large gas grill. There are sixteen steps down to pool from the deck. The pool gets great sun and has five lounge chairs and four upright chairs. There is even a private dock for fishing!
