The third bedroom has two full beds, a TV/VCR combo, and a private bathroom with a shower. The laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is also located on the first floor. Eight steps lead to the second floor where the fourth bedroom is located. It consists of two full beds, TV/VCR combo, and private bathroom with a shower and separate garden tub, and an ocean view.

The third floor has a fully equipped kitchen. It is located with Corian counters, a breakfast area that seats four, and a bar area that seats three with beautiful ocean views. The dining room has a large table that seat ten with an ocean view. The spacious living room has two large sofas, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, and a slider door to the balcony. The fifth bedroom is on this floor and features a Queen bed, TV, VCR, slider to front balcony with an ocean view and a private bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub. The Master bedroom is located another eight steps up on the fourth floor. It has a king bed, TV, a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and wonderful ocean views. *Pool and spa may be heated upon request for an additional fee.
