The three pools - a large main pool, baby pool and spa are perfect for enjoying the outdoors and the "no splinter" lighted beach boardwalk leads to the ocean where you will find beach chairs conveniently located.

Three dining areas - The formal dining room has an elegant tree branch base, a second grand dining room with an oversized oval table and a breakfast bar with an ocean view. The media center has soft lighting; an extra roomy L shaped leather couch and a huge 60 inch TV - perfect for a group movie viewing. The electronic center located here includes a stereo system which provides music for all the common areas. The three master suites have sitting areas, ocean views and oversized bathrooms with separate showers and tubs. One master suite even has a separate nursery with a crib and changing table.
