It has a King-sized bed in the Loft, 2 Twin sized beds in the small bedroom, and a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in living room. You have access to the Columbine pool and hot tubs. There is a great view if the ski area from your living room and especially from the loft.

Summer in Breckenridge attracts outdoor enthusiasts with hiking trails, wildflowers, fly-fishing in the Blue River, mountain biking, and nearby Lake Dillon for boating.  Breckenridge is also a popular ski resort during the winter months, servicing multi-difficulty ski slopes on the Rocky Mountains.

Activities include whitewater rafting, scenic river tours, horseback riding, and golf.
