If cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to scheduled arrival, all monies will be refunded, less $50.00  service charge and $40.00 reservation fee. If cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival, the entire booking deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made less 60 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rent plus taxes unless the property can be re-rented for an equal  or greater amount. All cancellations must be made in writing (email and fax are exceptable).

This large home also features custom Koa cabinetry, hardwood floors, faux-finished walls and fine woodcraft detailing. Although not needed in Hawaii and not used, the presence of a cozy fireplace in the living room sets the mood for a welcoming ambience. Tasteful furnishings, exquisite lighting and fine linens, fine towels and many other custom touches complete this wonderful accommodation for your family and friends.
