The Village Point Townhomes are located on Broken Lance Drive, near the south end of town. They are located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a 7 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift, and a 5 minute. Walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. The free shuttle bus stops at the entrance to Village Point.

This spacious, 3-level townhome sleeps 7-9 very comfortably and privately with a contemporary decor. The master suite, located on the top level, contains a king-size bed and a private bath with a large shower The main level consists of the living room w/gas fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining room. A large, private deck, complete with a 6-person hot tub completes this level. The lower level has a second bedroom with a king bed and a private bath. This level has another bedroom with 1 full bed, 1 twin trundle bed and a private bath. This level also contains the laundry facilities.
