The location of our property is perfect. It sits on the stream with views of the mountain, gondola and Mountain Express Lift from the deck. We are 75 yards to the base of the gondola and skiing. It is an end unit with no building directly to its side and therefore it gets tons of light. Also on the first floor and walks straight onto the pool.

Our property sets up as follows: A master bedroom with a queen bed, private bath and TV. The second bedroom has a private bath as well and a 4 twins as bunks beds. There is also a pull out coach that sleeps two and a Murphy bed that sleeps two, both queen size. Ultimately our property sleeps 10 comfortably.

Unlike most properties on a rental program, our property is a home. We stay in our unit more than we rent it and therefore it is well maintained, highly appointed, and extremely homey. We have created a home with all the luxuries and then some - higher end coffee maker, ample William Sonoma dining ware, all the utensils, new furniture, paint and carpet. You will feel at home and you will be happy.

The lodge features a pool with slide, walk-up kiddie pool, play room, theater room, hot tub, fire pit, grill, gym, pool table area, and steam shower. The entry is a two story vault with a waterfall into a stream and a beautiful sitting area. The parking is heated and underground. The property and the location are perfect and unparalleled in Summit County.

The bridge out back takes you to the town of River Run, only a 2 minute walk. There is also a shuttle that stops 50 yards from our door to take you anywhere in Keystone. There are lots of things to do within a very short walk from getting a coffee at Starbucks or Inxtop or lots of great restaurants like, Great Northern Tavern, Blue River Bistro, Paesanos or Kickapoo Tavern.

In the center of the River Run Village is a fire pit for the kids to make smores (Inxtop sells a smores kit including the stick) or go skating on the huge frozen lake. Don't forget that Keystone offers exclusive night skiing and there's also a tubing hill for fun.
