Our executive Florida villa is situated close to the magic , in the Emerald Island Resort, Orlando, a lush, tropical oasis nestling within protective woodlands and wetlands. It is a wonderful vacation destination offering a quiet, safe and peaceful haven from the outside world, while still being central to everything the world's most popular holiday destination has to offer.

The sleeping accommodation at "Perfect Heaven" includes 4 double bedrooms, two master's which are king size & two which are queen size, and 3 x twinned bedrooms specially designed for the children which the kids will simply adore. There is a private pool south facing with jacuzzi/spa with an extended deck which gives comfort on those very hot days. There are TVs and DVDs in every room.

The garage has been converted into an air conditioned games room complete with a full size pool table, Playstation 2 with games, air hockey and table soccer. We can also provide 1 cot bed,baby walker, high chairs,rocker bed and strollers. Refrain from bringing your pets or smoking within the home.

Additional Rental Information: The registration form and security deposit authority document require completion, signatures and return together with a photo ID of the card holder and a copy of the credit card being used before the reservation is fully confirmed. Any changes or cancellations must be in writing. There may be an extra charge for pool heating due at check in.

There are several large grocery stores, Wal-Mart, Target and Publix, drug stores and restaurants all located within a short drive of the home. Disney World is less than thirty minutes. Also close by is Epcot, Universal Studios, Seaworld of Orlando, Wet & Wild, Gatorland, and much, much more.

Florida is a great location for outdoor activities. Whether your preference is boating, fishing, golf, swimming, the beach or the theme parks, the year round climate makes for an enjoyable time and a great holiday location.
