Village Point 306 is a luxurious four bedroom plus den fully furnished townhome, located very near the Peak 9 base and the high-speed Quicksilver Super Six chairlift. The Village Point Townhomes are located on Broken Lance Drive, near the south end of town.

This spacious, 3-level townhome sleeps 8-10 very comfortably and privately. The master suite, located on the top floor, contains a king bed and a private bath. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen, dining room, and a large deck equipped with a 6-person hot tub. This level also has a den, with a queen sofa sleeper. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds, and the other with 2 twin beds. This level also contains the laundry facilities.
