The Araby is a stand alone ‘home’ designed by renowned architect Barry Burkus & Trudy Richards. The complex is an excellent example of the exuberant design style of Mid-Century Modern. The Park South Imperial complex is considered Architecturally Significant and has been published internationally, toured by important national preservation groups, and lauded as one of Palm Springs’ best examples of modernist architecture.
