Kitchen has everything you will need should you decide to cook, as well as a washer/dryer. A big screen TV with cable, VCR/DVD combo and CD stereo are in the living room. The townhome has 2 full baths, a nice dining room and living room. There is a small balcony with great lake and mountain views. There is a large two-car garage, which provides direct access into the townhome.

You will find many recreational opportunities within thirty minutes or less of the charming town of Pagosa Springs. In the vast playground of Colorado's largest wilderness area, Weminuche Wilderness, you will be able to experience hiking, fishing, biking, rafting, camping, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and horseback riding or quietly enjoy viewing abundant wildlife. Don't forget your camera!

The townhome is approximately 35 minutes to the ski area and minutes from town.
