This is a large cabin it has a loft with 2 twin beds and a half bath. On the main floor is a master suite with a full bath. Also on this floor there is a large living area with a fireplace, a queen sofa sleeper and the dining room. The kitchen is small but has everything. The basement is finished and includes a bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom, 2 queen size sofa sleepers and a foosball table. The utility room with a washer and dryer is also downstairs. With a large deck across the front of the cabin, you may just want to stay outside and enjoy the magnificent view. There are also windows along the whole front of the cabin to enjoy the view from inside. A bar-b-que is provided for your convenience.

You will find many recreational opportunities within thirty minutes or less of the charming town of Pagosa Springs. In the vast playground of Colorado's largest wilderness area, Weminuche Wilderness, you will be able to experience hiking, fishing, biking, rafting, camping, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and horseback riding or quietly enjoy viewing abundant wildlife. Don't forget your camera!

It is in the San Juan River Village just 6 miles out of Pagosa and 18 miles away from Wolf Creek Ski Area. Golfers can play on one of the beautiful golf courses. Boating, rafting and fishing are just a short drive out of town. There are museums,wildlife parks,hiking and biking trails,hot air ballooning,shopping,and galleries.
