This is a very large cabin on the San Juan River. It is located seven miles east of Pagosa Springs in the San Juan River Village.

The cabin is paneled with pine board. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking. The dining area will seat seven, four at the dining table and three at bar stools at the counter. The living area has a huge stone fireplace. It is furnished with bamboo and cushion furniture. There is a 19" TV with satellite dish reception and a VCR. There is a patio door from the living area out to the great balcony over looking the river. There is a charcoal grill and picnic table out here for wonderful summer cooking and relaxing. The view is great any time of year.
