Our villa is located on the perimeter of Royal Palms, a small development of 81 homes located off Highway 27, one and a half miles south of Interstate 4 at Exit 55. There is 150 feet of open land behind the pool with a view towards a small golf course.

Yet you are only ten minutes away from the hustle of busy Highway 192 and all of its restaurants and shops. And the Disney Resort parks are only 15 minutes away. The Tampa/Clearwater area and beaches are a short 45-minute drive so you can do the parks one day and relax at the beach, the next day.
