This charming beach house has all the conveniences of home with the typical Mexican atmosphere to fulfill your dream vacation in Mexico. As you enter the large open dining and family room you will experience the bright light airy relaxed feeling of Mexico from our open floor plan and glass block ceiling on the second level beaming with sunshine.

This villa rental has four very large bedrooms, each with a private bath, air-conditioning, TV, ceiling fans, lots of windows, and Ocean or Garden View. All tile and Mexican Marble floors throughout the home. We have a fully-equipped kitchen with gas four-burner stove, dishwasher, American refrigerator, microwave, blender, juicer, all dishes, utensils, along with pots and pans of every kind are supplied. We have two water dispensers in the kitchen.  On the second level we have hammocks, rocking chairs, and a table that seats 12. All on our huge outdoor patio that has a breathtaking view of the Sea.

There is a cooler, thermos, beach chairs for your use. There is a good sized 15x30 pool with lounge chairs amidst a tropical setting with a flowing fountain.  We are located on a quite residential street called Avenida Javier Rojo Gomez, just across the street from the ocean with no houses in between.
