Located in the Old Florida Cottages -- a beach community in Santa Rosa Beach. This community is on the beachside with a large neighborhood pool in a very park like setting.

This house is only a short walk to beach access on the south side of 30-A. There is a community pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are comfortable furnishings for your enjoyment. Twist O'Lime backs up to the park and pool area. The beach access is approximately 200 yards from the house. Gas grill is located right behind the house outside the community pool.

The ultimate attraction is the emerald green surf of the Gulf of Mexico, bordered by Destin beaches of soft, white sand.
