This sunny condo has views to the west and is located near an elevator and the coin operated laundry area. Enjoy the wide beaches and gentle surf which are perfect for swimming, boating and fishing. Marco Island has six miles of beach and one hundred miles of waterways on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico.

This one bedroom, one bath condo features a living area with cable TV, VCR plus a sofa sleeper. Enjoy the view from your screened lanai with outdoor furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave for quick meals or snacks plus a dining area for four. There are two double beds in the bedroom and one more guest can use the sofa sleeper. This unit also has individually controlled air conditioning.

This complex, located on Marco River, has two heated swimming pools, three hot tubs, two tennis courts and a 4 1/2 mile crescent shaped beach.  Boat docks can be rented daily on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is also a small bar that serves a light lunch, dinner and drinks. 

You can walk to the marina, bike and moped rentals plus shopping and dining.  Nearby beaches are Residents Main, Residents South, South Marco and Tigertail.  Be sure to take advantage of over forty golf courses from Marco Island to Naples.

Southwest Florida's attractions include state and national parks, exotic wildlife and vegetation.  You can also discover the Indian-rich history of the Seminole and Miccosukee Indian Reservations.  Additionally there are museums, nature walks, animal parks and even greyhound racing.  Naples has the Philharmonic plus world-class shopping and restaurants.
