The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave for quick meals or snacks plus a dining area for four. There is one king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and two more guests can use the sofa sleeper. This unit also has individually controlled air conditioning, a coin operated laundry in the building and an elevator for easy access.

This complex, located on Marco River, has two heated swimming pools, three hot tubs, two tennis courts and a 4 1/2 mile crescent shaped beach.  Boat docks can be rented daily on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is also a small bar that serves a light lunch, dinner and drinks. 

You can walk to the marina, bike and moped rentals plus shopping and dining.  Nearby beaches are Residents Main, Residents South, South Marco and Tigertail.  Be sure to take advantage of over forty golf courses from Marco Island to Naples.
