The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave for quick meals or snacks plus a dining area for four. In the bedroom you can find two double beds and there is a sofa sleeper, in the living area, that sleeps one extra person. This unit also has a coin operated laundry in the building and an elevator for easy access.

This complex, located on Marco River, has two heated swimming pools, three hot tubs, two tennis courts and a 4 1/2 mile crescent shaped beach. Boat docks can be rented daily on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is also a small bar that serves a light lunch, dinner and drinks.
