Located in Northwest Florida, this inviting condo close to the pool is great for reunions, business meetings or just a weekend getaway. This condo features three bedrooms, three baths and has tile floors throughout the main part of the unit. The dining area has a table with seating for six, artificial plants and framed artwork. The living area with two couches, a coffee table, cable TV, DVD player and a stereo with CD player. This unit also has a washer, dryer and air conditioning. There is a patio with outdoor furniture located just off of the living area, but does not offer a view of the ocean.

The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave and dishwasher. In the master bedroom you will find a king bed, framed pictures of tropical trees, a sliding glass door that leads you out onto another patio and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has another king bed with a purple and pink bedspread, a mirror along one wall and framed artwork. The third bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed (two twin beds) all with blue striped bedspreads, decorative wall art and a TV. The complex offers an elevator, covered parking, complimentary internet access and DVD rentals.

Some of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, magazines, beach toys, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience.

There are many places you can go to such as Blue Dunes Grille, Ocean Club, Pavilion Beach Bar & Grill, Destin Harbor, Gilligan's On the Harbor Restaurant and Watersports, and the Bluewater Bay Golf Course. There is also Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and many restaurants such as Pizza Hut and Joe's Crab Shack.
