This near beach condo has a balcony that comes with outdoor furniture for relaxing or dining and a great view of the gulf.  The resort offers an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, a picnic area with grills and a fitness center.  If you need to get anything extra during your stay, there is a market and emporium located on-site.  Nearby you can enjoy golfing, parasailing, bicycling and many more activities.

The living area has a queen sofa sleeper and loveseat in browns, greens and palm trees which coordinate with the area rug, artificial plants and framed artwork.  In here you'll also find cable TV with a DVD player and CD stereo system.  Enjoy a great view of the gulf from you private balcony which can be accessed through the sliding glass doors in the living area/  This unit also offers high speed internet, an in-room safe and free DVD rentals.

The dining area has a beautiful glass table with six chairs and two more seats at the breakfast bar.  In the kitchen is a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and a stacked washer and dryer.  The master bedroom has a king bed, two high-back chairs and a table near the wall-to-wall windows plus framed artwork and artificial flowers.  The guest bedroom has two twin beds and framed beach scene artwork. 

There is an amenity program which includes a complimentary pass to seasonal activities such as charter fishing, boating adventures/cruises and a water park.  

Some of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, beach toys, magazines, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience.

There are many places you can go to such as Blue Dunes Grille, Ocean Club, Pavilion Beach Bar & Grill, Destin Harbor, Gilligan's On the Harbor Restaurant and Watersports, and the Bluewater Bay Golf Course. There is also Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and many restaurants such as Pizza Hut and Joe's Crab Shack.
