Summer Place is a two bedroom, two bath unit on the second floor. The unit has a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Which provides sleeping accommodations for up to six people.

For the cook in the family there is a full kitchen or if you prefer, fire up the grill and cook your meals outside. Other amenities include 3 TV's, a VCR, and a DVD player. This is a non-smoking unit. It also has a washer and dryer.
