This condo offers one bedroom and one bathroom which comfortably sleeps six.  The living area has a wood burning fireplace, dark brown queen sofa sleeper, two coordinating arm chairs and a TV.  There are common laundry facilities nearby.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and blender plus the dining area seats four.  The bedroom has one queen bed and two twins in orange and brown, one nightstand, framed artwork and a vanity sink.

This complex offers two swimming pools (seasonal), a barbecue area plus three hot tubs and three saunas.

Mammoth Lakes has spectacular skiing, sledding and snowboarding in the winter.  In the summer enjoy hiking, fishing in one of the many lakes or horseback riding.  There are five lakes in town and hundreds more that are accessible by a hike.  Whether its a fifteen minute walk, or a six mile trek, the backcountry offers untouched beauty.
