This condo has one bedroom plus a loft, two baths and will comfortably sleep six people. The living area has a plaid couch, a fire view wood-burner, artificial plants, two chairs, a coffee table and a mirror. There are nine stairs leading down to this unit, which has two levels inside. The unit also comes with three TVs, three DVD players, stereo, phone and fax machine.

There is a fully equipped kitchen that has a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and a breakfast bar with extra seating. Located also in the kitchen is the dining area which has a table and four chairs. The bedroom has a queen bed with wood furniture and framed artwork. The loft has a queen bed and one set of bunk beds (two twin beds).

Mammoth Lakes offers activities year-round such as skiing, tubing, snowmobiling and ice skating in the winter and golfing, mountain biking, fishing and hiking in the summer.

Enjoy the day shopping at the boutiques in the Village or at the outlet center on Main Street. Lakes Basin has some historical mines and original homesteads of the gold rush era. You may also enjoy visiting Mono Lake, Inyo Craters, Devil's Postpile National Monument or Yosemite National Park, which is 32 miles north of Mammoth Lakes. June Mountain is only a 15 minute drive north of Mammoth.
