La Residence condos are located in Mammoth Lakes near Mammoth Mountain.  This complex offers an outdoor pool and spa, tennis courts, BBQ area, sauna, and a laundry room.  You are also within walking distance to restaurants and shopping!

This is a one bedroom, two bath condo with a loft and sleeps eight.  The bedroom has two queen beds with matching floral bedspread and a small nightstand with a lamp in between the beds.  The loft has two twin beds and a double bed.

The kitchen has a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and the dining area seats eight.  In the living room there is a sofa, loveseat, and fireplace.  This unit also has a TV, DVD/VCR combo, CD player, and a phone.  There are sixteen stairs to reach this unit.

Mammoth Lakes offers a variety of winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, dog-sledding, tubing, snow mobiling, cross-country skiing, and more.  In the summer you can enjoy canoeing, kayaking, golfing, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, tennis, wildlife/bird watching, and boating.  You are also near restaurants, shopping, and right by the free shuttle bus.

Enjoy shopping at the boutiques in the Village or at the outlet center on Main Street in Mammoth. Lakes Basin offers some of the historical mines and original homesteads of the Mammoth gold rush era. Also visit Mono Lake, June Mountain, Inyo Craters, the Earthquake Fault along Mammoth's Scenic Route, Mammoth Mountain Bike Park, Devil's Postpile National Monument, or Yosemite National Park.
