A simple condo located near Mammoth Lake. Enjoy vacationing on Mammoth Creek which is near the lifts, fishing, hiking and other outdoor activities. This condo is just a short walk away from the restaurants and shopping. It is also along the shuttle bus route and ½ mile away from New Village and 2 miles away from Canyon Lodge.

The condo has two bedrooms and one bath. It features a full kitchen with microwave and a fireplace in the unit.  There is also a TV, a VCR, a stereo, laundry facilities, and a phone. It has a partial view of the Sherwin Mountains.

The split level construction has 2 levels, the first contains the bedrooms and the bath, while the second is the living area. The first bedroom has a double size bed and bunk beds, while the second bedroom has two single beds. This accommodates up to 6 people.

Surrounding the resort is Mammoth Lakes, Mammoth Creek, the Sherwin Mountain range, and a town with shopping, educational opportunities for children, and popular restaurants The Stove and Shogun. It also features outdoor fairs, festivals and heritage activities. There is also hiking, biking, fishing in the summer, and lifts nearby for sightseeing. The resort has an outdoor pool, indoor spa and sauna, and tennis courts.

There are several galleries, theaters and art shows near the resort during the summer. For a fun day trip, visit neighboring Mono Lake, explore Yosemite National Park, Bodie Historical Park or Devil's Postpile National Monument all of these are within driving distance. There are several lakes nearby for fishing, hiking and water activities. Enjoy the ride up the mountain to see the sights.
