The guest house is comfortably furnished with a newly recovered antique couch and big armchair in the living room. There's an armoire that houses the HD TV and cable equipment (many channel selections). The bedroom sports a queen size bed and there's plenty of closet space to hang your clothes. The kitchenette has a new granite top, a new refrigerator, microwave, and sink with disposal. There is a hotplate, gas barbecue, crockpot, rice cooker, coffee maker and toaster. The bathroom has a tile floor, a stall shower and pedestal sink.

Redondo Beach is a small, beach community in the South Bay, ten minutes from LAX - a Los Angeles secret. The small town provides all needs within walking distance, and has a wonderful, picturesque, warm and relaxed yet swinging, beach community. Everyone is friendly and mellow, and the city of Los Angeles is only 20 minutes away. The great weather, constant cooling sea breezes keep the temperatures in the 70-80s, and the sun is always shining. Morning and evening are cool, days are delicious. Deep and clean beaches, great volleyball, surfing, boating, swimming, and dining keep this town as mellow and rockin' as you want it to be.

The beach is just yards away! Just a 5 minute walk offers lots of shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as bike shops, surf shops, food, theatre, and live music. Walk to downtown Encinitas with all of its new shops, restaurants, bars, parks and beaches. While you're there have a handcrafted custom surfboard shaped, or just use one of our surfboards during your stay.
