Tivoli Manor is a vacation rental pool-home community situated just fifteen minutes away from Disney, the attractions, and all of the shops and restaurants of Kissimmee, Orlando and central Florida. This beautiful villa is the perfect place to come home to after an exciting day at the theme parks.

With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this well appointed villa accommodates ten guests. It features two master bedrooms, both with a queen bed and en-suite facilities, two twin beds in both the third and fourth bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, linens and towels provided, a spacious living room, three TV's, VCR and Cable TV. The pool and spa area and covered Lanai Patio, is accessed from the family room and the main master bedroom. The pool has underwater lighting and both the pool area and the sunbathing decking area have been upgraded and extended and are screened-in. The pool has optional gas pool heating. The covered lanai patio area has ceiling lighting. There is a patio table and chairs - great for dining, or padded sun loungers and recliners for simply relaxing.

Tivoli Manor is a privately-owned gated community consisting of only 35 villas adjacent to the Westbury site. Fast food outlets and gas stations are situated two minutes away at the Highway 27 and I-4 intersection, while restaurants, banks, pharmacy, supermarket and shops are situated less than a 10 minute drive away at Haines City and Champions Gate. A darling English pub is only a five minute walk away.

Due to the villa being centrally located in the heart of Florida all the major attractions are within an easy driving distance. Walt Disney World, Sea World, Wet ‘n Wild and Universal Studios are fifteen minutes away. Other area attractions are Busch Gardens, the Gulf Coast, Tampa, St Petersburg and Clearwater to the west, with Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral to the east, about one hour away.
