The open-plan living and dining room will be the true focal point for your vacation, retreat, or weekend getaway. With pine paneled walls, original moss-rock wood-burning fireplace and a south-facing aspect which ensures the sun cascades through the large expanse of glass, there is plenty of space to relax, read, play games or watch TV. And if you’re watching TV, it’s a 42” high definition TV served by Comcast cable with the Sports Channels package. All three bedrooms have updated furniture, bedding and deluxe bed-sets. The downstairs bedroom has a queen, and the two upstairs bedrooms have a queen in the “south” bedroom and two twins in the “north” bedroom. In all, bedding is available for up to ten people. A full bathroom is located on the ground floor, and the second bathroom with shower is upstairs.

An uncovered wrap-around deck provides a great place to relax in the summer. From here, and the living room inside, there is a great view of James Peak and the Continental Divide. Sitting up high on Forest Trail, three miles from the Ski Area and two thirds mile from Main Street and downtown Winter Park.

Nestled between the Mountains of Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapaho National Forest, Winter Park and Fraser offer a wide range of high-altitude activities – all summer and all winter.
