This larger-than-typical condo has just been completely remodeled with new furniture, great rustic colors and new carpet, making it now one of the nicest one bedroom condos in River Run. The attention to detail is obvious from the new leather sleeper sofa in the living room, to the rustic stools set at the breakfast bar in the kitchen; from the country style quilt on the queen master bed to the upgraded rustic decorations - this condo invites guests to relax and feel right at home, yet puts you close to all the action. The view from the deck of the River Run walking mall allows guests to feel the excitement of the village and catch a glimpse of the majestic mountains in the background.

Black Bear Lodge is in the heart of River Run Village and all the activities, festivals and fun the village has to offer. It is one of the closest condos to the River Run gondola. It has a pool table and a great lobby, wireless internet access,laundry facilities, BBQ grill, underground heated parking and a hot tub for the exclusive use of Black Bear guests. Guests have access to the year round pool at nearby Dakota Lodge.

In the winter, the action revolves around Keystone’s four world-class ski mountains as well as a state-of-the-art terrain park and premier lighted night skiing areas. Visit the nation’s largest groomed outdoor skating pond for ice-skating and hockey in the winter, along with paddle boating and canoeing in the summer.
