Although this home was originally built in 1890, it was recently rebuilt with all the modern conveniences. Enjoy the beautiful hardwood floors, large tile bathrooms, central heat and A/C. There is also a new kitchen with granite and butcher block counters, new electrical and plumbing throughout, inside laundry, flat screen TV with cable, and wireless internet. Relax on the large covered brick front porch or on a separate patio with BBQ off the kitchen. There is a private master suite patio with it’s own back entry.

The location of this vacation home has made it very desirable as you can step out the door and walk a couple of short blocks to most of the downtown events and fine dining.

Paso Robles is the fastest growing wine region in California. There are several tasting rooms within a very close proximity. The small town of Cambria lies 30 minutes west (on the Coast) which features quaint shopping and excellent dining. Hearst Castle is 10 miles north of Cambria and offers year round tours. Paso Robles downtown offers some of the best dining on the Central Coast. Experience storefront “tasting rooms” to sample some of the best boutique wines available from some of our remote wineries. Paso Robles boasts three golf courses.
