The lovely deck is a great place to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings and the hot tub is the perfect place for the cold winter ones. This unit also has a gas fireplace, a washer and dryer and a television.

The private hot tub is located on the second level deck and provides a beautiful backdrop for relaxing after a long day out and about. This unit is also located just across the highway from the Winter Park Ski Resort.
