Welcome to this quaint cottage in Geyserville. This retreat is within walking distance from the downtown restaurants and tasting rooms. This cottage offers three great bedrooms and two bathrooms with sleeping accommodations for eight guests.

As you enter the cottage, you will find the formal living room and kitchen area. Nicely updated, the kitchen provides everything for fully cooked dinners to entertain, or appetizers or a light lunch. Walking straight through the kitchen area, you are now in the family room that includes cable TV, DVD player and wireless internet, and one downstairs bedroom, with queen bed. Also off the kitchen is a laundry room and full bathroom. Through the living room and up the stairs are two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two futon sleepers. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The Sunday New York Times is delivered weekly.

The beautifully landscaped front yard has a nice lawn area for playing or sitting, and the back yard has a grill, table and chairs along with a relaxing hot tub.

This is wine tasting territory. Enjoy the fascinating wineries. There is also fantastic dining, and gourmet sampling. This area offers beautiful countryside and many tours and sightseeing events. There is golf and other outdoor sports including fishing and canoeing.
