Welcome to this wonderful pleasant wine country cottage just ten minutes from Central Healdsburg, five minutes from Old Town Windsor, or twenty minutes from Guerneville/Russian River. This three bedroom retreat offers sleeping accommodations for up to seven guests.

Enter through the double doors on the front deck, which presents the great room. As you enter, you'll immediately feel a sense of ease. To the left of the entry way is one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, with nice tile and modern lighting accents, and a second guest bedroom with a bunk bed and a twin bed. To the right of the great room is the master bedroom with queen bed.

A large and lush grass area lines the swimming pool, and a huge deck takes advantage of views and sunning opportunities. There is also a bocce ball court and foos ball court, a bridge to meadow behind the home, and front landscaping provides privacy.

This is wine tasting territory. Enjoy the fascinating wineries. There is also fantastic dining, and gourmet sampling. This area offers beautiful countryside and many tours and sightseeing events. There is golf and other outdoor sports including fishing and canoeing.
