This is a two bedroom, two bath unit that sleeps up to six people comfortably. The living area offers a TV, queen sofa sleeper, and opens out onto the balcony. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there is seating for six in the dining area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and there are two twin beds in the second bedroom.

Cotton Bayou Condominiums offers guests a boat launch and fish cleaning station. Boats must be under 26 feet and require a boat slip obtained from the onsite office.
