Upon entering a villa Courtyard, you will encounter a view of the pool and garden area. The main floor is surrounded by a garden and opens to the pool terrace. The custom-designed kitchen offers American-style appliances including a dishwasher, oven, cook top stove, refrigerator and garbage disposal. The outdoor pool area has ceiling fans and a gas grill.

All the bedrooms have their own bath and private shower, ceiling fans and air-conditioning.
