This beautiful beach getaway is situated on an acre of private waterfront land on the edge of beautiful Discovery Bay. It overlooks the shimmering turquoise water of Discovery Bay. On one side of the waterfront is a small sandy area. On the other side, cut-stone steps lead into wonderful swimming and snorkeling water.  From the water's edge, it's an easy swim to the sunning platform. you will be able to enjoy stunning sunsets from the veranda or jacuzzi plunge pool.

This is a lovely traditional West Indian cottage. You will find many antique furnishings including a two hundred year old rocking chair and tortoise back mahogany dining chairs. The cheerfully painted living rooms opens wide to the sixty foot long veranda which is furnished in wicker chaises and draped with flowering vines. Each of the four bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have en-suite bathrooms. You will be able to lounge in the hammock and listen to the tide roll in or take advantage of the snorkeling equipment and complimentary sea kayaks.

Discovery Bay is located just over a half an hour away from Ocho Rios. It is a relatively small town but offers a very nice public beach, small amusement park, and a shopping mall with supermarket.

Enjoy sea kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, or horseback riding while in Discovery Bay. Popular family activities include swimming with the dolphins, underground tours of the Green Grotto Caves, and guided hikes up the Dunn's River Falls.
