There are 2 acres of walled gardens and the home is owned and decorated by an internationally known interior designer.The house is located directly across from the beach, which is approximately 8 miles long. The property is an hour drive north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport and is located in the town of La Penita De Jaltemba, in the state of Nayarit, Mexico.

The home is 2 stories. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor share a bathroom. The master bedroom on the the second floor has it's own bathroom and there is an additional full bath as well. All bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds. 

There are pets on the property. The staff is included in your stay to ensure the ultimate luxury and to meet your needs. Includes preparation of breakfast and lunch or dinner, which totals 2 meals a day. Additional or third meal will be an extra charge.You can start a cash "kitty" and the staff will do your grocery shopping.

Hacienda La Penita is a few blocks away from the center of La Penita, a colorful town that has restaurants, taco stands, grocery stores, meat and fish markets and shopping. The street market, is held every Thursday morning in the town square, where you can purchase many Mexican handicrafts such as jewelry, clothing and household goods.

Once you have arrived at Hacienda La Penita, you can enjoy watching the ocean, spectacular sunsets, and migrating whales or lounge in the gardens or on the beach.
