Playacar is a resort community connected to the southern edge of Playa del Carmen.  The resort is on the beach and stone paved avenues with tropical landscaping.  Playacar is a residential beachfront resort with a golf course and is adjacent to Playa del Carmen town.

Two bedrooms are downstairs and 2 are upstairs. They have their own bathroom and, altogether, are equipped with 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, and 2 twin beds. Master room is upstairs and features an amazing jacuzzi made of a dark stone. Other rooms downstairs are an office area, a spacious living area, and half a kitchen with wooden counter, a refrigerator, and a sink.

The villa features two nice terraces, one downstairs and one upstairs, from which you will have great views. From the living room you can access the backyard where two wonderful swimming pools lie. They are connected by a nice water fall. Chairs, tables, umbrellas, and a charcoal BBQ grill are provided so you can spend great moments with friends or family.

Playa del Carmen is very centrally located. It is a quick  drive to Cancun as well as to the ruins of Tulum. Cozumel Island is a short ferry ride. The eco-waterpark, Xcaret, is only 5 miles away and the fantastic Xel-ha eco park about 35 miles from Playa del Carmen.
