Coqui del Mar apartments and vacation rentals provide a relaxed and unique setting for your Puerto Rican vacation. You are steps from the best beaches, restaurants, bars, shopping and nightlife. You are walking distance to the beaches of those same hotels, but for much less money. And we provide completely furnished studios, down to a complete kitchen for much less than the price of a hotel. We are between Ocean Park/Condado area and Isla Verde in a more private area called 'Punta las Marias'.

Studio E, El Cangrejo, features a full size bed and flat screen TV with DVD and IPOD docking system. Full kitchen and private bath. Its on the second floor. This is not suitable for elderly due to the stairs. Coqui Del Mar features a shared court yard with sun chairs, bistro tables and gas grill. We offer on site washer and dryer. Coqui Del Mar is eco friendly and hot water is powered Solar. We also offer a full recycling program and invite guests to participate. We use eco friendly cleaning products when possible. And we invite your suggestions to keep our carbon foot print as limited as possible on our island.

It is close to shopping, restaurants, bus stops, and steps to the beach. There is a public running track and tennis courts within 1 block of the property.

You are 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Located steps from the best Kite surfing and tourist beaches. About 15 minutes driving to Old San Juan (or 30 minutes by bus). 15 minutes bus to casinos (or 30 minutes walking). San Juan is on the north coast of Puerto Rico. You are about 30 minutes driving distance to El Yunque (rain forest), and to the Arrecibo Observatory (featured in the movie "Contact" and a James bond film).
