The villa is on the North shore, three miles east of Christiansted, in a gated community and lies adjacent to the Buccaneer Hotel Resort. The hotel's amenities, located on 340 acres, offer a challenging eighteen hole golf course, eight tennis courts, three beaches, water sports, two fresh water pools, three restaurants, health spa, and a fitness center.
