The 3000 foot elevation of Joshua Tree, its clean desert air and wide open spaces make this the ideal environment for stargazing, hiking, horseback riding, sunning, biking, birdwatching, photography, self-discovery or just relaxing.

Luna Mesa Cabin is a newly-renovated one-room studio with full kitchen, bath and private outdoor jacuzzi. It has a queen-size bed and a queen-size pullout couch.

It is adjacent to the West Entrance to Joshua Tree National Park, famous not only for its forests of Joshua Trees, but for its breathtaking rock formations which climbers from all over the world come to scale. Park Rangers conduct tours through the Desert Queen Gold Mine and there are lovely drives and nature tours throughout the park.
