This condo is located in Kingswood Village in Kings Beach and is five miles south of Northstar Ski Resort. A free NorthStar shuttle is available. The condo is just over half a mile from Lake Tahoe's beach.

This condo is a comfortable vacation spot. The entry level of this condo consists of a bedroom, a bath and laundry area.

Upstairs there is an open living, dining, kitchen area and deck. The living room has a fireplace and the kitchen is very well-equipped. If you go up another stairway there is the loft with additional sleeping spots. The loft will accommodate four persons in single beds.

This lodging complex is centrally located and just minutes away from a sandy beach, restaurants, golf, skiing and shopping. The condo complex offers pool and tennis during the summer and a small fitness room and sauna year round.

For those who enjoy the outdoors and sports there are tennis courts, golf courses, snowmobiling and skiing. There is also boating, jet skiing, fishing, swimming, and rafting for water lovers. You can enjoy biking, hiking, and horseback riding. If you just want to relax, there is also shopping, sightseeing, and great restaurants. There is also a movie theater and miniature golf nearby!
