This cozy condo is set in the tall pine trees of Kings Beach.  There are two decks off the back of the unit.  The upper deck has a charcoal BBQ, table and chairs to enjoy summer dinners among the pine trees.  The pool and tennis courts are available in the summer only.  For winter fun, Northstar Ski Resort is only minutes away.  This condo is great for anytime of the year.

This condo has been nicely decorated and has new carpet and kitchen cabinets.  The living area offers a large fireplace for those cold winter nights.  The kitchen is fully equipped.  This unit has two bedrooms plus a loft and alcove.  The master bedroom has a king bed.  The second room has a queen bed.  In the loft there is a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a double on the bottom.  There is also a twin in the alcove for extra room for you friends and family.  This condo also features a washer and dryer, TV with VCR and DVD and internet access.

Relax by the pool or play a game of tennis on the tennis courts.  In the summer go biking, boating, kayaking, golfing or river rafter.  During the winter season have fun skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, sledding, snowmobiling, sleigh rides and much more.
