There are three bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for up to eight people.  The first bedroom has a king, the second and third both have queens and the Loft has two singles.  The loft is accessible only by ladder.  Perfect for a large group or family.

Kingswood Village features a wonder summer tennis court and pool.  It is only one mile from shopping and Lake Tahoe in the town of Kings Beach.  Casino nightlife in Incline Village and Crystal Bay are only 5-10 minutes away. In the winter, you have only a 10 minute drive to Northstar Ski area. Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows are only 20 miles away.

In the Summer enjoy activities like biking, boating, golfing, river rafting, horseback riding and fishing.  In the Winter choose from activities such as skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, ice skating, sledding, sleigh rides and snowmobiling.  Summer or winter dine at one of many fine restaurants, shopping and casinos as also located nearby.
