Kingswood Village is located in North Lake Tahoe near the community of Kings Beach, California. This unit has three bedrooms plus a loft and sleeps 9. It is conveniently located near the Lake and several ski areas.

This is a great condo for any vacation. This is a spacious, newly updated, and nicely furnished unit. It has new carpet, a wood fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and a great dining room table.  This unit also features a TV, DVD player, VCR, washer/dryer and the linens are provided.

The unit sleeps up to nine people with one queen bed in the master bedroom, one queen in the second bedroom, two twins in the third bedroom and there is a loft with one single bed and bunk beds.

Kingswood Village features a wonderful summer tennis court and pool. It is only one mile from shopping and Lake Tahoe in the town of Kings Beach. Casino nightlife in Incline Village and Crystal Bay are only 5-10 minutes away. In the winter, you have only a 10 minute drive to Northstar Ski area. Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows are only 20 miles away.

If you wish to ski, snowboard, golf, fish, play tennis, mountain bike, hike, go boating, float down the river, snowmobile, snowshoe or just sit and read a good book, Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains make the perfect setting.
