It has a full kitchen, microwave, two fireview woodburners (one in the bedroom), three TVs, a VCR, three DVDs, a Laser Disc Player (in living room), stereo with a cassette and cd player and two phones.

The 1st bedroom has a queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the loft has two single beds and a trundle bed. There are a few stairs to reach the hallway of this complex and this unit is on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator or stairs. It also has 3 levels inside connected with a steep spiral staircase.

The entry level has the living room, kitchen, dining room and a bathroom. Upstairs is the loft and downstairs are both bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The bedrooms are also accessible on the 2nd floor with another entrance to the unit.
