This is a standard 2 bedroom/loft unit. It has the original cabinetry and countertops in the kitchen. The stove and refrigerator have been upgraded. The furnishings in the living room include a very large sofa and love seat in a semi-southwest coloration. The unit is positioned so the morning sun streams thru the side yard into the living and downstairs bedroom areas. As with all units at Chinquapin, there is a wood burning fireplace to keep you warm and cozy.

Down the hall from the main living area are the master bedroom bath, the second bedroom with another full bath in the central hall. The ladder to the enclosed loft is also in this area.
